I am Markus Stenqvist, a software maker and entrepreneur.

I have over 15 years of experience building web applications and leading technical teams across startups and large-scale platforms. My background spans the full stack, but I have a particular passion for architecture, IT security, and creating systems that are built to last.

Beyond my professional engagements, I build my own products. Among them are gisformat.com, a tool for converting geodata between GIS formats and coordinate systems, and idvakt.se, a privacy-focused service that lets people check if their personal data has been exposed in known data breaches. These are just two examples of what drives me: combining technical curiosity with real-world utility.

Outside of work I'm a dad, a dog owner, and an animal lover.
